Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
For customized products, orders can only be cancelled before the preview is approved. Once the preview has been approved, the order cannot be cancelled.
Any eligible refund will be provided only to the original source account/payment method used for the purchase.
Returns / Replacement
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery or installation, as applicable.
Our replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The item must not be damaged or have missing parts due to reasons not attributable to Gifthona.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error will not be eligible for replacement.
